This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited (“DecorAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use the DecorAI – AI Interior Design mobile app for iOS and Android, our website at https://www.decoraiapp.org, and any related services (together, the “Services”).

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Photos you upload to generate AI interior design renders.
• Account information such as email address, display name, and sign-in identifiers if you create an account.
• Purchase and subscription information processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Support messages you send us by email.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device information (device type, operating system, language, time zone).
• App usage events (screens viewed, features used, crashes).
• Approximate location derived from IP address.
• Identifiers such as installation IDs, advertising IDs (where permitted) and cookies on our website.

3. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the AI interior design app and website, including generating AI room design renders from your photos.
• To process purchases, subscriptions and restore previous purchases.
• To improve DecorAI, troubleshoot bugs and monitor performance.
• To serve and measure advertising (see section 6).
• To respond to support requests and communicate important updates.
• To comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Third-party services we rely on

DecorAI uses a small number of carefully selected service providers to deliver the Services. They act as processors and may receive limited information on our behalf:

• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.
• Firebase (Google) — authentication, crash reporting, remote configuration and push messaging.
• Google AdMob — in-app advertising.
• OpenAI — AI prompt understanding and natural-language styling.
• Microsoft Azure — computer vision, hosting and infrastructure.
• Replicate — AI model inference for photoreal renders.
• Fal.ai — realtime preview model inference.
• Google Analytics — aggregated website and app analytics.
• Meta Pixel — website analytics and conversion measurement.
• Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly website performance analytics.

Each provider has its own privacy practices and we recommend reviewing their policies for more detail.

5. How AI renders work

When you submit a photo, it is securely transmitted to our AI providers (OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate and Fal.ai) to generate your AI interior design render. We do not sell your photos and we do not use them for third-party advertising. Photos may be temporarily cached for processing and are deleted from our active systems after rendering, subject to reasonable backup retention.

6. Advertising and analytics

We use Google AdMob, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to measure usage, serve ads and measure ad performance. On iOS, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before tracking for advertising purposes. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings at any time.

7. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to operate correctly and analytics cookies from the providers listed above. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Where applicable, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (improving and securing the Services), consent (for marketing, analytics and advertising cookies where required), and legal obligation.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing of, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. 10. Children

DecorAI is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Uploaded photos are retained only as long as reasonably needed to generate and deliver your AI interior design renders.

12. International transfers

DecorAI is operated from Hong Kong and uses providers located in the United States, the European Union and other jurisdictions. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

13. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
