DecorAI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DecorAI – AI Interior Design mobile app for iOS and Android, our website at https://www.decoraiapp.org, and any related services (together, the “Services”), provided by Rocket Digital Limited (“DecorAI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By downloading, installing or using DecorAI you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use DecorAI

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use DecorAI. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens through your account. Please tell us right away at hello@rocketdigital.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, purchases and refunds

DecorAI offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through your app store account. Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests follow the policies of the applicable app store.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant DecorAI a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store and transform your photos solely to provide the AI interior design Services to you. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any photo you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

5. AI-generated content

DecorAI uses third-party and proprietary AI models to produce renders based on your inputs. AI output is provided “as is” and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. Renders are for inspirational and visualization purposes only and are not architectural, engineering or construction advice. You are responsible for verifying any design choices before acting on them.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not upload photos of people without consent or any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or exploit the Services.
• Do not use DecorAI to create content that impersonates others or misrepresents endorsement.

7. Intellectual property

DecorAI, including its software, designs, logos and content (excluding your uploads), is owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Third-party services

DecorAI integrates services from RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics. Your use of the Services may be subject to the terms of those providers in addition to these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecorAI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Digital Limited from any claim arising out of your uploaded content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using DecorAI at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any active subscription through your app store.

13. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, unless applicable consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
